How can we help?

For app, account, accessibility, purchase, privacy, or deletion help, email poshtunnel@gmail.com.
The app is not working
- Close and reopen RescueMe.
- Check your internet connection for account, Circle, food search, voice, photo, or purchase features.
- Install the latest RescueMe and iOS updates.
- Restart your iPhone.
Before deleting the app: device-only progress may be lost. If you can open RescueMe, sign in and confirm that backup has completed first.
Sign-in code or account problem
Check that the email address is correct, then look in spam or junk. Request a new code if the old one expired. Never send a sign-in code to support or another person.
For signed-in devices, open Menu → Profile → Account & devices. You can review or revoke a device you do not recognise.
Health, camera, microphone, or notifications
Open the iPhone Settings app, find RescueMe, and review the permission you need. Apple Health permissions can also be changed in the Health app.
If you keep a permission off, available manual features should still work. RescueMe cannot see a permission that iOS has not granted.
Photo, voice, or food search failed
Check your connection and try once more. For a meal photo, use good light and keep the food visible. For voice, speak clearly for no more than 30 seconds. Always review a suggestion before saving it.
If a provider feature is unavailable or your allowance is used, you can continue with manual food and progress entry.
Subscription or purchase help
Use Restore Purchases in RescueMe if an eligible purchase is missing. Make sure the iPhone uses the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
Apple handles billing, cancellations, and refunds. View or cancel a subscription in Apple Subscriptions. Deleting RescueMe or your RescueMe account does not cancel it.
Rescue Circle problem
Sharing starts off and can be changed per friend. You can mute, remove, or block someone from the Circle controls. Contact us if someone is harassing, pressuring, impersonating, or threatening you.
Export or delete your account
Signed-in users can open Menu → Profile → Account & devices to export account information or permanently delete the account after a fresh ownership check.
Account deletion removes direct identity, signed-in devices, sessions, backups, social records, push tokens, and entitlements as explained in the Privacy Policy. Some limited legal, security, billing, or backup records may remain for their stated retention period.
Device-only progress is separate. Use the local-data option in the app if it is shown, or delete the app to remove RescueMe data stored only on that iPhone, subject to iOS backup behaviour. Apple Health information remains under your control in Apple Health.
Important: deleting the app or account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it through Apple.
