What we keep

We store your email, your chosen email topic, the wording you agreed to, when and where you signed up, and whether you confirmed or unsubscribed. Your subscription is stored separately from game accounts and health data.

We use Resend to deliver confirmation and update emails. It receives your email address and the message content and processes delivery, bounce and complaint information. See Resend’s privacy policy. We do not add email addresses or confirmation links to Google Analytics.

Confirming and leaving

We send a confirmation link before adding you to the active list. It expires after 48 hours. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link. You do not need to sign in or give a reason. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails without affecting your game or essential account messages.

Keeping the list tidy

Unconfirmed requests are removed after 30 days. Delivery records are kept for up to 90 days. Short-lived request limits help prevent abuse; they use keyed hashes rather than raw IP addresses and expire within a day. Our hosting provider handles ordinary access and security logs separately.

We keep confirmed subscriptions while you want the emails. After you leave, we retain the minimum record needed to respect your withdrawal and demonstrate what you agreed to. You can ask us to review or erase your details.
